Successful start-up of 4 large Biazzi hydrogenation lines for FORMOSA Plastics Taiwan

FORMOSA PLASTICS, the very large Chemical Company in Taiwan, decided to expand their facilities for a given strategic product.

Biazzi received for this purpose an order for 4 large hydrogenation lines.

The start up took place immediately after plants erection. The expected (and guaranteed) chemical results were achieved in a few batches only, at the full customer’s satisfaction.

Biazzi guaranteed the direct scale up between short tests in a one litre reactor at Biazzi laboratory and the industrial reactors, without any intermediate piloting.
