Our transportable pilot plant for hydrogenation and other gas-liquid reactions is an ideal tool when small pilot production is needed. The GMP execution of the unit allows to produce validation lots for the pharmaceutical industry. The unit is skid-mounted and its compact design allows it to be easily transported worldwide by truck, air and sea.
The unit comprises the autoclave, heating/cooling system, product feed device, catalyst feed device, catalyst filter and a PLC Ex control system.
Assistance is given by Biazzi for the installation and start-up. The active involvement of Biazzi allows scale-up and process guarantees to be provided.
